Position:  ICM Administrator

Location:  Port Coquitlam, BC

 

 

JOB SUMMARY:

The ICM Administrator is responsible for processing Ministry referrals and ensuring 48-hour call back; entering data into ICM (Integrated Management System); uploading documents to ICM; providing coverage to reception as needed; liaising with Case Mangers regarding billable items; reconciling invoice queries as required; participating in program related meetings.

This position is located in Port Coquitlam, BC

 

 

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education and training
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in administrative support
  • Preferably Post-secondary education in office/clerical
  • Must be experienced with entering data into ICM data base system
  • Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
  • Clear Driver’s Abstract
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, database systems, office equipment and software application


Competitive salary – commensurate with experience working under the Work BC model.
