Participant Success – Job Developer
- Program Objective
The “55+ Age Advantage” program helps Older Workers, aged 55+, who are looking for assistance with addressing challenges re-entering and remaining in the workforce.
- Supports Provided
After an exhaustive search for Human Resources positions - the participant and their Employment Specialist reviewed transferable skills and determined there were other avenues of employment the participant qualified for. Upon sending out the first updated resume, the participant secured an interview and subsequent job offer.
- Results
Participant is enjoying their job, loves connecting with people. Two months into the job, participant feels really satisfied with the job.
