Participant Success – Customer Service
- Program Objective
The “55+ Age Advantage” program helps Older Workers, aged 55+, who are looking for assistance with addressing challenges re-entering and remaining in the workforce.
- Supports Provided
Participant was assisted with job search skills including, resume, cover letter and interview skills. Additionally, they were provided with job start support (specifically industry approved footwear). When the initial position did not work out through no fault of the client, they returned to the employment specialist and received job development assistance which led to employment
- Results
Participant got a job, with the hours that they wanted and is very happy with the position. Participant has been happily employed for over a month now and is excited to continue working there.
