An employment program that puts YOU first, providing QUALITY services; Working with our Community and Employer Partners to ensure YOU receive the services YOU need to successfully join the workforce.

We Offer:

• Flexible appointment options (1-1; in person; group; virtual)

• Accessible locations in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, Agassiz, Hope and Boston Bar

• Short-term certificate training such as: First Aid; Food Safe; Forklift; Computer Skills; etc.

• Understanding your transferable skills. What are your strengths?

• Small Group Workshop Opportunities (an opportunity to build a social network and share your knowledge)

• Job Search Assistance (learn new techniques to be successfully employed)

• Job coaching, job placement, and post-employment follow-up services

Supports May be provided for:

• Transportation

• Employment related work clothing and equipment

• Disability supports

• Assistive Technology

• Wage Subsidy

• Training related supplies

• Childcare

• Work Experience

• A stipend upon start of employment

Program Eligibility:

• Ages 16 or older

• Unemployed or precariously employed; and individual who self-identifies as facing two or more barriers to employment
