VSTEP provides free support to Young Adults at Risk, ages 16-29 looking for assistance with addressing challenges to entering and remaining in the work force. Buxton Consulting Ltd offers individualized planning and support in person or in a virtual environment.

Program Eligibility:
Young Adults between the ages of 16-29 inclusive, at the time of intake into VSTEP
Young Adults who have one or more barriers to employment that directly interfere with their ability to access, find and keep employment and affect participation in employment
Young Adults who are currently or were formerly in the care of the Ministry of Children and Family Development
Young Adults who are unemployed or precariously employed
